The design is rendered in relief with characteristic bold strokes typical of Newar hammered coinage. The entire design is contained within a plain inner border surrounded by a raised beaded outer border. |

The text is arranged in a panel-like format with bold, raised characters in the Pracalit script. The Nepal Sambat date appears in the lower portion of the field. The composition is enclosed within a plain inner circle and a prominent beaded outer border consistent with the hammered coinage tradition of the Kathmandu Valley. |
