EuroSouvenir's zero denomination series occupies an odd corner of notaphily — legal-tender format, genuine security printing, zero monetary value. Oberthur Fiduciaire produces these on the same equipment used for circulating European currency, which is precisely why collectors treat them seriously despite the novelty premise.
