Eurosouvenirs' zero-euro souvenir program, distributed through tourist outlets across France, uses genuine Oberthur Fiduciaire production — the same security printer responsible for official French banknote production for decades. The notes carry real security features: UV-reactive ink, microprinting, and an embedded security thread.
