正面描述 The entire face is enclosed within a plain dark blue rectangular border. At centre, a large interlaced royal cypher of King Haakon VII surmounted by a stylised royal crown, all applied by letterpress stamp in dark blue ink. To the left and right of the cypher, horizontal ruled panels contain handwritten serial numbers in red ink. The letters 'N.' and 'V.' appear at the outer left and right respectively. A manuscript signature in ink occupies the lower portion of the note.

备注

Norwegian exile forces, reconstituted in Britain after the German occupation of Norway in April 1940, operated several training and internment facilities where ordinary Allied banknotes were deliberately kept out of circulation. These camp vouchers filled that gap — a closed scrip system designed to prevent cash from leaking outside the wire or funding unauthorized activity.

The issuing authority was never a central bank, and no Pick number has been assigned to most of these voucher series. Documentation is fragmentary; denominations and print runs varied between camps and periods, and surviving examples are rarely accompanied by provenance records linking them to a specific facility.

Printed on plain paper, often by small commercial printers under wartime contract.
