The crowned Ls stand upright, their fleurs-de-lis finials visible within their respective quarters. A beaded inner circle frames the quartered design. The surrounding legend reads LVDOVI. 13. D. G. FRAN. E. NA., identifying Louis XIII as King of France and Navarre. |
