Obverse description Male head facing right, rendered in the Ibero-Celtic artistic tradition, with elaborately rendered curly hair depicted in thick, plastically modelled locks. A small circular symbol (annulet or pellet) is visible in the left field before the bust. The portrait displays the characteristically robust, somewhat stylized facial features typical of Celtiberian coinage of the late 2nd century BC, with a prominent nose and strong jaw. The coin is struck on an irregular flan with a slightly raised border.
