Reverse description A fully armed horseman galloping vigorously to the right, depicted with a helmet and military attire, holding a couched spear leveled forward in a charging posture. The horse is shown at full gallop with all four legs extended, rendered with considerable energy and detail typical of Celtiberian equestrian coinage. The Iberian legend in Celtiberian script runs below the horse in the exergue, reading the mint name of the issuing city. The composition fills the flan with dynamic movement and is enclosed within the natural border of the irregular round flan.
