| Reverse description | Facing bust of the king or a royal/divine figure rendered in the same schematic Visigothic style as the obverse, with a flat frontal face and segmented collar or torque beneath the chin. The surrounding field is filled with multiple cross-pattée and star-shaped ornaments arranged symmetrically around the central effigy, a decorative convention common to Visigothic gold coinage of the early seventh century. The Latin mint legend + VALLEARITIA is distributed around the periphery, identifying the issuing mint of Vallearitia. A beaded border frames the design along the coin's edge.
