Beschrijving voorzijde Large voided cross occupying the central field of the concave flan, with the Christological inscription IC XC (or O O in variant issues) distributed across the upper quarters and decorative stars positioned in the lower quarters. The cross is rendered in the Byzantine scyphate tradition, with the voided arms extending nearly to the rim. The overall design reflects the strong Byzantine artistic influence prevalent in Second Bulgarian Empire coinage.

Beschrijving keerzijde Enthroned frontal figure of Tsar Konstantin I Tih (r. 1257–1277), depicted in imperial regalia in the Byzantine manner, holding a labarum staff in his right hand and a globus cruciger in his left. The emperor is shown seated on a decorated throne facing the viewer, with the Manus Dei (Hand of God) descending from the upper right field as a symbol of divine authority and legitimacy. The composition follows established Byzantine iconographic conventions for imperial portrait coins, emphasizing the ruler's sacred mandate.
