| Descripción del reverso | The quartered electoral arms of Saxony displayed on a baroque shield, surmounted by an Electoral crown and flanked by elaborate palm or feather mantling on either side. The shield bears the traditional Saxon barry with a bend of rue, quartered with the arms of Thuringia and other Saxon territorial claims. The date appears in the upper field divided by the shield. Below the arms, the denomination 2/3 is displayed within an oval cartouche. The circumscribed Latin legend SAC ROM IMP ARCHIM ET ELECT denotes the holder's dignity as Arch-Marshal and Elector of the Holy Roman Empire. |
