| Beschrijving keerzijde | Crowned quartered shield of arms displaying the heraldic devices of Magdeburg and Saxony, with the central escutcheon bearing the rampant lion of the Duchy. The date 1669 is divided across the field to either side of the shield, with the mintmaster's initials H and F flanking the date. Below the shield, an oval cartouche displays the fraction ⅔ indicating the denomination. The surrounding legend MONETA NOVA ARGENTEA identifies this as a new silver coin. |
