| Obverse description | Helmeted head of Athena facing left, rendered in fine archaic-to-classical transitional style. The goddess wears a Attic helmet pushed back on her head, with the bowl and cheekguard clearly articulated. The facial features are carefully modeled with a prominent nose and a strong profile, characteristic of mid-4th century BC Mysian coinage. The hair falls in a stylized curl behind the neck, and the overall composition fills the flan with confident, deeply cut relief. |

| Reverse description | Forepart of Pegasus advancing to the right, the winged horse depicted with spread, feathered wings finely striated and a raised foreleg. The body is rendered in bold relief with careful attention to musculature and the wing feathers shown in layered rows. The partial Greek legend OPONT (or AΔPA) appears in the lower field around the figure, identifying the civic authority. The overall design is characteristic of the Mysian civic coinage of Adramyttion in the mid-4th century BC. |
