| 裏面の説明 | Stylised standing figure of Herakles to the left, derived from the reverse type of the Thasian tetradrachm, here reduced to a highly abstracted composition of linear and pellet elements. The club, lion's skin, and the original Greek inscription ΗΡΑΚΛΕΟΥΣ ΣΩΤΗΡΟΣ ΘΑΣΙΩΝ are all but unrecognisable, degenerated into a series of pellets, lines, and geometric shapes scattered across the field. The figure retains a vague anthropomorphic outline but reflects advanced Celtic stylisation far removed from the Hellenistic original. The irregular flan and bold striking are consistent with eastern Celtic workshop production. |
