| Beschrijving voorzijde | Youthful head of Dionysos facing right, adorned with a voluminous ivy wreath bearing large heart-shaped leaves and clusters of berries, with long flowing curls falling behind the neck. The facial features display a soft, idealized style characteristic of Hellenistic prototypes adapted by Celtic die-cutters, retaining the graceful contours of the Thasian original. The field is plain, and no legend appears on the obverse. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Herakles depicted nude, standing facing left in a relaxed contrapposto stance, holding a club in his right hand and draping the Nemean lion's skin over his left arm. The Greek legend ΗΡΑΚΛΕΟΥΣ runs vertically to the right of the figure, ΣΩΤΗΡΟΣ to the left, and ΘΑΣΙΩΝ in the lower field, closely imitating the inscriptions of the civic Thasian tetradrachm prototype. The overall execution reflects a Celtic interpretation of the Hellenistic type, with some stylization in the musculature and proportions. |
