The effigy is rendered in the characteristic Kushan artistic style, combining Hellenistic and Central Asian conventions. Traces of a legend in Kharoshthi script are visible in the left and right fields flanking the royal bust. The flan is irregular, as typical of hammered Kushan bronze coinage of this period. |

| Description du revers | The reverse depicts a deity, identified as the king on horseback or a standing royal figure, rendered in the Kushan iconographic tradition with traces of divine attributes. A Kharoshthi tamgha symbol and the royal monogram appear in the right field. The Greek circular legend ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΝ ΣΩΤΗΡ ΜΕΓΑΣ (King of Kings, the Great Saviour) runs along the periphery of the flan, reflecting the Hellenistic titulature adopted by Kushan rulers. The reverse design is characteristic of the anonymous Soter Megas coinage, blending Greek epigraphic tradition with Central Asian royal imagery. |
