The reverse legend in Greek reads ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΣΕΛΕΥΚΟΥ, identifying the issuing authority as King Seleukos (I Nikator). The design is characteristic of early Seleucid royal coinage struck at the Susa mint. |
