正面描述	Diademed bust of Phraates V facing left, rendered in Hellenistic style with characteristic Parthian features including a wart on the brow, short hair, and a visible ear with earring. The king wears a spiral torque at the neck, and the diadem ends bear the regnal year date BIT corresponding to year 312 of the Seleucid Era. A flying Nike appears in the field before the bust, and the legend BASILEOS BASILEON (King of Kings) is disposed in two lines flanking the portrait.

背面描述	Bust of Queen Musa facing right, depicted wearing an elaborate tiara adorned with a double loop, her portrait executed in a Hellenistic court style befitting her status as co-ruler. A flying Nike appears in the field before the bust, and the diadem ends contain the abbreviated month name XAN (Xandikos, corresponding to April/May AD 1, read from the outside). A four-line Greek inscription encircling the design reads THEAS OURANIAS MOUSES BASILISSES, identifying the queen as the Heavenly Goddess Musa, Queen.
