Beschrijving voorzijde	Diademed and draped bust of Phraates IV facing left, rendered in the distinctive Parthian artistic style. The king wears an elaborate tiara or mural crown adorned with multiple rows of pellets and beaded decoration. His hair falls in long, carefully arranged curls behind the ear and along the neck. The royal garment is richly ornamented with a beaded torque at the neck and a jewelled necklace across the chest, conveying regal splendour. The portrait is bold and close-set within the flan, with no surrounding legend on the obverse.

Beschrijving keerzijde	Arsakes I (dynastic founder) depicted as a seated archer in three-quarter view to the right, enthroned on an omphalos, holding a strung bow in his extended left hand. The figure wears Parthian dress and the composition is characteristic of Seleucid-derived numismatic tradition. A multi-line Greek legend surrounds the central type on all sides, filling the field with the full royal titulature. Possible control marks, including a letter beneath the throne and a pellet below the bow, appear as mint or date indicators on certain die varieties.
