Descripción del anverso Diademed and youthful portrait bust of Mithridates VI Eupator facing right, rendered in the Hellenistic royal tradition with idealized features evoking Alexander the Great. The king's luxuriant, flowing hair is depicted in bold, deeply cut locks radiating dynamically from the crown, a hallmark of the Pontic royal coinage style. A simple royal diadem is tied around the head, its ends visible behind the neck. The portrait is executed in high relief with strong facial modeling, conveying both regal authority and divine pretension characteristic of late Hellenistic portraiture.

Descripción del reverso Pegasus standing left with head lowered in grazing pose, rendered in fine Hellenistic style. In the left field, the distinctive Pontic royal badge of a star-in-crescent is prominently displayed. To the right of the main type, the regnal year EΣ (year 205 of the Pontic era) appears above a monogram, with the month letter Z (month 7) placed in the exergue. The entire design is enclosed within an elaborate Dionysiac wreath of ivy leaves and fruit, a characteristic border type associated with the Pergamene mint issues of Mithridates VI. The legends BAΣIΛEΩΣ and EYΠATOPOΣ flank the central type.
