| Obverse description | Youthful bare head of Heracles facing right, beardless, wearing the Nemean lion skin headdress with the scalp knotted beneath the chin, the lion's mane rendered in bold, deeply cut curls framing the face. The portrait displays the idealized Hellenistic style characteristic of Alexander III coinage, with finely modeled facial features and a pronounced jawline. The coin border is composed of a raised bead-and-dot dotted border. No legend appears on the obverse. |

| Reverse description | Zeus Aëtophoros enthroned to the left upon a backless throne, his nude torso draped from the waist, his outstretched right hand supporting an eagle with closed wings, and his left hand grasping a tall upright sceptre. In the left field, a monogram appears above a lion forepart advancing left, with a second monogram positioned below the throne, serving as mint and magistrate control marks. The primary legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs along the right field, reading downward, attributing the issue to Alexander. The composition follows the canonical Alexandrine reverse type as adopted by the Diadochi. |
