| Beschrijving voorzijde | Youthful head of Heracles facing right, depicted beardless, enveloped in the scalp of the Nemean lion as headdress, with the lion's gaping jaws framing the hero's brow and the mane cascading across the neck. The facial features are rendered in a vigorous Hellenistic style, with strong modelling of the cheek, nose, and chin characteristic of the posthumous Alexandrine coinage tradition. The finely articulated lion-skin headdress displays detailed musculature and texture, conveying both divine heritage and heroic identity. No legend appears on the obverse field. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Zeus Aëtophoros enthroned left on a low backless throne, his nude torso erect and draped from the waist, extending his right hand forward upon which an eagle perches with closed wings, while his left hand grasps a tall upright sceptre. In the left field, a youthful male figure stands left, raising a tainia (fillet or headband) overhead with both arms in a gesture of offering or dedication. Beneath the throne, a dove stands right, and a control monogram appears below the throne. The Greek legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs along the right field, identifying the issue as struck in the name of Alexander. |
