| Obverse description | Youthful head of Heracles facing right, depicted beardless and wearing the Nemean lion skin headdress, the scalp tied beneath the chin with the paws knotted at the throat. The portrait is rendered in fine Hellenistic style with curling locks emerging beneath the lion's mane, naturalistic facial features, and a prominent ear visible in profile. The flan is irregular and slightly grainy in surface texture, consistent with late fourth-century to early third-century BC Macedonian coinage struck in the name of Alexander III. |

| Reverse description | Zeus Aëtophoros enthroned to the left upon a stool-throne adorned with Nikai on the back, his outstretched right hand bearing an eagle and his left hand holding a long sceptre. In the left field stands a statuette of Athena facing, equipped with shield and spear, serving as a mint control symbol distinctive to the Corinth issue. Beneath the throne appears the Corinthian control mark ΟΛ enclosed within a wreath. The legend ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs in the right field, identifying this posthumous issue as struck in the name of Alexander III of Macedon. |
