Tetradrachm In the name of Alexander III

正面描述	Head of the deified Herakles facing right, wearing the Nemean lion scalp headdress, the paws knotted at the neck; the hero's characteristic curly locks flow from beneath the scalp. The portrait is rendered in the late Hellenistic style typical of posthumous Alexandrine coinage, with confident, high-relief modeling and a smooth open field surrounding the effigy. No inscription appears on the obverse.

背面描述	Zeus Aëtophoros enthroned left on an ornate dotted throne, his upper body nude, lower body draped; he extends his right hand forward bearing an eagle with open wings, and holds a long sceptre upright in his left hand. The Greek legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs downward along the right field. To the left field appear two monograms, one above the other, serving as mint control marks specific to the Herakleia Pontica issue. A dotted border frames the design at the coin's rim.
