The high-relief portrait displays strong, idealized features with a prominent brow, aquiline nose, and slightly parted lips, characteristic of the Lysippan Alexander type adapted for posthumous Pamphylian coinage. The lion-skin headdress is rendered in fine detail, with the pelt's mane cascading along the left side of the flan. The field is otherwise plain, with a gently convex surface typical of late Hellenistic hammered silver coinage. |
