Obverse description Youthful, beardless head of Heracles facing right, his curly hair bound beneath the scalp of a Nemean lion, the beast's muzzle resting upon the forehead and its knotted forepaws draped across the neck. The high-relief portrait displays strong, idealized features with a prominent brow, aquiline nose, and slightly parted lips, characteristic of the Lysippan Alexander type adapted for posthumous Pamphylian coinage. The lion-skin headdress is rendered in fine detail, with the pelt's mane cascading along the left side of the flan. The field is otherwise plain, with a gently convex surface typical of late Hellenistic hammered silver coinage.

Reverse description Zeus Aetophoros enthroned to the left upon a stool-throne without back, his nude torso draped at the waist, holding an eagle on his outstretched right hand and a long sceptre in his raised left hand. The legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs along the right field, while the letter K, serving as a year-date within the local era of Perge, appears in the left field. The composition follows the canonical posthumous Alexander reverse type, with the throne rendered in profile and Zeus depicted in the tradition established by Lysippos.
