| Beschrijving keerzijde | A deity depicted in a dynamic seated or standing posture occupying the central field, rendered in the syncretic Kushan artistic tradition blending Hellenistic, Iranian, and Indian iconographic elements. The figure is shown with attributes appropriate to one of the numerous deities appearing on Huviska's coinage, with details now worn. A Bactrian legend in Kushan script surrounds the deity in the field, naming the divinity. The reverse exhibits the characteristic rough and irregular flan surface typical of cast and hammered copper tetradrachms of the Kushan Empire. |
