Between the confronted heads of the two serpents, the magistrate's name is inscribed in two lines: EYHNOΣ above HPΩΔOY, identifying the issuing authority as Euenos, son of Herodos. The reverse follows the standard cistophoric format established across Attalid and later Roman provincial issues in Asia Minor. |
