Obverse description Diademed head of Antiochos XI facing right, portrayed as a youthful, idealised Hellenistic ruler with finely rendered curling hair bound by a royal diadem, the ends of which fall behind the neck. The facial features are delicately modelled in the late Seleucid portrait tradition, with a straight nose, slightly parted lips, and a clean-shaven visage. The field is plain, with no inscription, the portrait occupying the full breadth of the flan.

Reverse description Zeus Nikephoros enthroned to left, depicted nude to the waist and draped across the lower body, seated upon an ornate throne and holding a long sceptre in his left hand while extending his right hand bearing Nike, the goddess of victory. A monogram appears in the upper left outer field above the letter A, and a second monogram is placed beneath the throne. The entire design is encircled by a laurel wreath border, with the royal Greek legend distributed along the left and right fields outside the central image.
