The portrait displays strong Lysippan influence, with finely modelled facial features including a straight nose, slightly parted lips, and well-defined ear visible beneath the lion's paw. The reverse of the lion skin drapes naturalistically over the neck and shoulder. The flan is irregular in form, characteristic of early Ptolemaic hammered coinage. |
