| Description de l’avers | Youthful head of Herakles in right profile, wearing the Nemean lion skin headdress with the scalp tied beneath the chin, the mane rendered in bold relief across the crown. The portrait displays strong Lysippan influence, with finely modelled facial features including a straight nose, slightly parted lips, and well-defined ear visible beneath the lion's paw. The reverse of the lion skin drapes naturalistically over the neck and shoulder. The flan is irregular in form, characteristic of early Ptolemaic hammered coinage. |

| Description du revers | Zeus Aëtophoros enthroned in left profile upon a low-backed throne, his upper body nude and draped from the waist, his right arm extended and resting on a long sceptre, his left hand supporting an eagle with wings spread. In the left field, a horse grazing left is depicted above a thunderbolt, with a monogram positioned below the throne. The legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs along the right field, and ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ along the left, identifying the coin as a posthumous issue struck in the name of Alexander the Great. |
