Obverse description Laureate head of Apollo facing right, depicted in the Hellenistic style with finely rendered facial features and long hair falling in braided locks behind the neck. The laurel wreath crown is detailed with individual leaves. The portrait occupies the full field of the flan, rendered in high relief consistent with the die-engraving tradition of Pamphylian civic coinage of the second century BC.

Reverse description Athena Promachos standing left, draped in a peplos, holding in her extended right hand a Nike who bears a victor's wreath and a ship's prow or mast, and a long spear in her left hand. The civic ethnic and magistrate's name appear in the field, identifying the issuing authority of Phaselis. The composition reflects standard Pamphylian iconographic conventions of the Hellenistic period.
