正面描述	Laureate head of Apollo facing right, rendered in fine Hellenistic style with long flowing wavy hair cascading over the neck and shoulders. The wreath of laurel is depicted in high relief with carefully detailed leaves sweeping across the crown of the head. The facial features are sensitively modelled, exhibiting the idealised naturalism characteristic of second-century BC Aeolian coinage. The field is plain, with no visible legend or additional devices.

附加信息	Myrina was one of the more prolific issuers of the so-called "Stephanophoric" tetradrachms produced across Asia Minor following the collapse of Seleucid dominance in the region. These coins circulated widely beyond their city of origin — hoards containing Myrinaean tetradrachms have been recovered as far afield as Syria and Egypt, suggesting they functioned as a transregional trade currency rather than a purely civic one. The Apollo type from this mint is closely associated with the local cult at Myrina, where Apollo held particular religious importance. Sacks' die study identified meaningful variation across the series; #31 places this specimen within a discrete die grouping tied to the middle phase of production.
