Obverse description Bare-headed bust of Tigranes VI in right profile, wearing the distinctive Armenian tiara adorned with an eight-pointed star motif. The portrait is rendered in the Hellenistic tradition, with the king's features depicted in a naturalistic style characteristic of late Armenian royal coinage. The tiara, a hallmark of Artaxiad and successor dynastic imagery, rises prominently above the head and serves as the principal identifying regal attribute.
