| Obverse description | Laureate head of Zeus facing right, rendered in bold Hellenistic style with flowing beard and hair adorned with an olive wreath. The portrait displays strong, mature facial features characteristic of late Pontic-Bosporan bronze coinage. The field is plain, and partial Greek lettering is visible in the lower right portion of the field. The die work reflects the robust provincial engraving tradition of Panticapaeum under the later Mithridatid rulers. |

| Reverse description | Central field dominated by a large royal Bosporan monogram composed of interlaced Greek letters, surmounted by a star or radiate symbol at the apex. A second, smaller monogram or control mark appears to the right. Below the monogram, the ethnic inscription ΠΑΝΤΙΚΑΠ / ΑΙΤΩΝ is rendered in two lines of clear Greek majuscules, identifying the issuing city of Panticapaeum. The overall composition is typical of late Mithridatic and Pharnakean civic bronze issues from the northern Black Sea region. |
