Reverse description The centaur Chiron moving to the right in a dynamic pose, his human torso upright while his equine body strides forward. Over his left shoulder he carries a branch, emblematic of his role as healer and teacher. Beneath the centaur, a monogram of ΔΗ appears in the field, and a wheat ear is placed in the exergue, though on this specimen the exergue devices fall partially or fully off the flan. The ethnic legend ΜΑΓΝΗΤΩΝ is inscribed in the field, identifying the issuing community of the Magnetes.
