| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central field displays the elaborate Gothic castle emblem of Genoa — a tall, turreted gate with three towers rendered in high relief and framed within an ornate scrollwork cartouche of Renaissance style. The castle motif, the traditional civic arms of Genoa, is set against a flat field and surrounded by a beaded inner border.
