| Obverse description | The obverse bears a circular Latin legend reading IOAN CAS REX T.L.B. surrounding the central device. At the center, the crowned monogram or royal cypher of Jan II Kazimierz Waza is depicted within the field, executed in the crude hammered style typical of mid-17th-century Lithuanian copper coinage. The legends and devices show characteristic weaknesses in strike consistent with the Brześć (Brest) mint's output during this period. |

| Reverse description | The reverse displays the mounted Pahonia (Pogoń) — the armored knight on horseback charging to the right, the heraldic emblem of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania — as the central device. The rider is shown in full armor, raising a sword above his head, with the horse in full gallop. A partial date '166' appears within or adjacent to the legend, consistent with the abbreviated date format used at the Brześć mint in 1665–1666. The surrounding circular Latin legend reads SOLI MAG DVC LIT 166, indicating the coin's attribution to the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. |
