Obverse description Central field occupied by the royal cipher of Sigismund III Vasa — an ornate interlaced 'S' monogram surmounted by a royal crown with arched bands and cross finial. The monogram is executed in a decorative Renaissance style with elaborate foliate flourishes at its base. A beaded inner circle frames the central device, with a wreath border forming the outer rim. The Latin legend runs around the periphery, separated from the monogram by the beaded circle.

Reverse description Central field displays two heraldic shields arranged side by side beneath a royal crown: the dexter shield bearing the Polish Eagle and the sinister shield bearing the Lithuanian Pursuer (mounted knight). The date appears in the lower field between the two shields. A beaded inner circle separates the central device from the peripheral Latin legend, which identifies the denomination and issuing authority. The coin's outer rim is defined by a wreath or beaded border.
