Obverse description Central field occupied by the royal cipher of Sigismund III Vasa — an ornate interlaced 'S' monogram surmounted by a royal crown with arched bands and cross finial. The monogram is executed in a decorative Renaissance style with elaborate foliate flourishes at its base. A beaded inner circle frames the central device, with a wreath border forming the outer rim. The Latin legend runs around the periphery, separated from the monogram by the beaded circle.
