背面描述	Aphrodite Urania, clad in chiton, peplos, and tiara surmounted by a star, seated facing on a celestial globe with her body turned slightly to the left. In her right hand she holds a sceptre terminating in a loop from which two fillets depend; her left arm rests at her side. A star appears in the left field, and the letter M in the right field. The ethnic legend [O]YPANIΔΩN in Greek characters runs around the field, identifying the issuing city of Ouranopolis. The composition reflects the strongly celestial and cosmological character of this short-lived Macedonian mint.

附加信息	Ouranopolis — "City of Heaven" — was a short-lived settlement on the Athos peninsula founded by Alexarchos, brother of Cassander of Macedon, sometime around 316 BC. Alexarchos was by ancient accounts an eccentric, reportedly inventing his own language and styling himself a solar deity. The city's coinage reflects this grandiosity directly, making it one of the stranger issuing authorities to emerge from the post-Alexander fragmentation of Macedonia. The settlement likely did not survive past the early third century, which constrains the entire known coinage to a remarkably narrow window of production.
