Beschrijving voorzijde	A griffin with a prominent pointed wing is depicted in a seated posture facing left, its leonine body rendered in fine archaic relief with carefully engraved feather detailing along the folded wing. The creature rests upon a tunny fish oriented to the left, a distinctive emblematic device characteristic of Kyzikene electrum coinage and symbolic of the city's close association with the sea and the tunny trade. The griffin's head is turned to face left, with an open beak and alert, stylized eye rendered in the archaic Greek artistic tradition.
