| Beschrijving keerzijde | Seated frontal figure of the prince rendered in a schematic Byzantine manner, enthroned and clad in layered robes, holding a long cross-sceptre to the left. To the right of the enthroned figure, the dynastic trident tamga of the Rurikid house is depicted within an architectural or decorative frame, serving as the dynastic symbol of the issuer. The field is worn and shows typical surface degradation consistent with billon alloy and age, with a beaded border around the periphery. Two test holes are present on the flan, indicating the coin was tested for metal content in antiquity. The reverse design closely follows the type established by Vladimir I, adapted for Sviatopolk's brief reign. |
