| Descrizione del rovescio | Two nimbate emperors — Valentinian I and Valens — seated facing on a shared throne, each clad in imperial robes and holding a mappa in the right hand and a sceptre in the left, symbolising joint imperial authority. A captive is depicted kneeling or prostrate at either side of the throne. The reverse legend VOTA PVBLICA is arranged across the field in three segments, while the mintmark CONS surmounted by a wreath appears in the exergue, denoting the Constantinople mint. |
