Beschrijving voorzijde Stylised Celtic head facing left, rendered in the abstract La Tène artistic tradition characteristic of Icenian coinage. The face is highly schematised, with a prominent circular eye depicted as a pellet-within-ring motif — the feature that gives this type its colloquial 'Gas Mask' designation. The hair is represented by a series of curved pellet-chains and lentoid pellets arranged around the cranium, with incised linear strokes suggesting a crown or diadem above. The flan is irregular and the field is unadorned, with no legend or inscription.

Beschrijving keerzijde Highly abstract and fragmented horse motif, typical of the debased Celtic style derived from the Macedonian stater prototype. The horse is rendered as a series of disconnected abstract elements across the field, including pellets, crescents, a six-pointed star or wheel symbol in the lower left, and flame-like or leaf-shaped devices in the centre. A stylised charioteer or driver figure may be indicated by a small motif above the horse's back. The overall composition is characteristic of late Icenian uninscribed silver units, with no legend present and a plain, irregular flan.
