| Popis rubu | The emperor is depicted standing facing, his head turned to the right, clad in full military attire. In his right hand he holds a labarum — a Christian standard surmounted by a cross — while his left hand supports a globe bearing the figure of Victory. The reverse legend RESTITV-TOR REIP, meaning 'Restorer of the Republic,' is distributed to either side of the central figure. The exergue contains the officina letter and mintmark SLVG followed by a dot, identifying the second officina of the Lugdunum mint. |
