| Beschrijving voorzijde | Bare-headed and laureate bust of Emperor Nerva facing right, depicted with characteristic aged features and a draped shoulder. The effigy is rendered in high relief in the prevailing Flavian-Nervan portraiture style, with the laurel wreath denoting imperial authority. The encircling Latin legend runs clockwise around the periphery of the flan. The coin's broad, flat flan is typical of Flavian-era sestertii produced at the Rome mint. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | A single palm tree stands erect in the center of the field, its slender trunk rising to a crown of fronds spreading to either side — a well-established numismatic symbol of Judaea. The composition is deliberately spare, the palm tree serving as the sole device against a plain, unadorned field, giving the image immediate iconographic clarity. The surrounding legend proclaims the abolition of malicious prosecutions related to the fiscus Iudaicus, the Jewish tax. The senatorial authorization mark S C (Senatus Consultum) is incorporated within the legend. The reverse is heavily worn and patinated with a dark brown and green surface consistent with prolonged burial or circulation. |
