| Descrição do anverso | Laureate bust of Nero facing right, rendered with characteristic youthful portraiture and an aegis at the neck, a detail emphasizing imperial and divine authority. The effigy displays finely engraved hair curling over the brow and nape in the Julio-Claudian style. The encircling legend is deeply struck in Latin capitals along the outer periphery of the flan. The field is broad and relatively flat, consistent with large-module orichalcum-era sestertii of the Neronian period. Overall, the portrait conveys the idealized yet recognizable likeness employed in Nero's official coinage from the Rome mint. |

Between the two allegorical figures, a modius rests atop a garlanded altar, symbolizing Rome's grain supply. In the background to the right, the stern of a ship is visible, alluding to the maritime grain trade that sustained the city. The reverse legend is distributed across the field, with the senatorial authority mark S C flanking the central composition in the exergual area. |
