Descrizione del dritto	The obverse bears a multi-line Persian legend in Naskh script arranged within a divided rectangular cartouche bisected by a horizontal rule, reading 'Muhammad Akbar Shah Badshah Ghazi Sikkah Mubarak' (the auspicious coin of Emperor Muhammad Akbar Shah, Ghazi). The Jodhpur mint mark — an inverted Jhar (decorative floral spray) accompanied by a sword — appears prominently in the field as the principal mint identifier. The legends are boldly struck in relief against an irregular flan typical of hammered coinage of the Marwar region. The overall style reflects the Mughal-derived epigraphic tradition adopted by the Princely State of Jodhpur for its regal coinage.
