The Jodhpur mint mark — an inverted Jhar (decorative floral spray) accompanied by a sword — appears prominently in the field as the principal mint identifier. The legends are boldly struck in relief against an irregular flan typical of hammered coinage of the Marwar region. The overall style reflects the Mughal-derived epigraphic tradition adopted by the Princely State of Jodhpur for its regal coinage.
