| Descrizione del dritto | Central field features the crowned and quartered armorial shield of the Rosenberg family, displaying the five-petalled rose device characteristic of the House of Rozmberk, set within an ornamental border of stylized foliate decoration. The shield is rendered in relief with fine engraving detail typical of Bohemian Renaissance die-cutting. A circular legend in Latin surrounds the central device, reading WYLEM WLADARZ DOMV ROZM NPP, identifying Wilhelm von Rosenberg as lord of the house. The overall composition reflects the heraldic conventions of late sixteenth-century Central European medallurgical art. |

Polyxena of Pernstein became lady of the Rosenberg dominion through her 1587 marriage to Vilém of Rosenberg, the last male of that line and one of the wealthiest magnates in Bohemia. Rechenpfennige — reckoning counters used on counting boards for estate arithmetic — were struck by major aristocratic households as a matter of administrative prestige, and the Rosenbergs were no exception. Vilém died in 1592, collapsing the dynasty entirely; Polyxena subsequently remarried Zdeněk Vojtěch Popel of Lobkowicz.
The five-year window this type could have been struck narrows further when Vilém's deteriorating health in his final years is considered.
